Getting started with Formit AI
From signup to your first published, versioned form.
1. Create an account
Sign up at the app, create or join an organization, and open a workspace. Roles include Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer (plus custom roles).
2. Generate or start from a template
Use AI form generation with a clear brief, or pick a starter template and customize. Generation is rate-limited.
3. Configure follow-ups and logic
Enable AI follow-ups on questions that need depth. Add conditional logic (cycle-safe), quiz scoring, or tags if needed.
4. Publish and share
Publish a version, then share a public link, org subdomain, or embed. Submissions bind to that version.
5. Measure and route
Watch views, starts, and completes. Route finished submissions to Slack, Sheets, WhatsApp, Zapier, or in-app notifications.
