No. Free can publish AI follow-ups and includes 20 monthly AI credits. Credits are spent when a follow-up is generated. Higher plans include larger credit grants.

Basic adds brand logo and form metadata with 1 brand kit. Plus and above remove FormitAI branding and unlock custom links / branded subdomains.

Yes. Organizations and workspaces support role-based permissions for owners, admins, members, and viewers - plus custom roles. Plus starts at 3 seats; Business and Growth Flow include 5.

Yes. The builder supports branching with cycle detection, plus quiz scoring and tagging.

Do you send email notifications on every submission?

Not today. Submission alerts go to Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Zapier, and in-app notifications. Transactional auth emails exist; submission email digests are on the roadmap.
