Create Calendly contacts or book meetings from form submissions - connected through Zapier.
In the form builder Integrations tab, open Calendly under Scheduling & events. Zapier prefills formitai → Calendly; pick your form and finish the Zap.
Google Sheets
Sync every submission to a Google Sheet in real time. Rows are appended automatically.
OAuth-based connection per workspace. Select a spreadsheet and sheet - new rows appear within seconds of submission.
Slack
Get instant Slack messages when someone submits a form. Choose the channel and fields to include.
OAuth install to your Slack workspace. Configure per-form channel, and optionally include field values in the notification.

Webhooks
POST signed Formit events to any HTTPS URL - submissions, publish, and form lifecycle.
Configure endpoints in Integrations → Webhooks. HMAC-SHA256 signatures, retries, delivery logs, and auto-disable on repeated failures.
Public API Access
Workspace API keys for MCP (Cursor, Claude Desktop) and programmatic form building.
Connect from the form builder Integrations tab (OAuth snippet, no API key). Create and revoke keys under Settings → API keys & MCP. MCP exposes the same form-builder capabilities as the in-app agent (read/mutate questions, theme, images, logic, share, publish) without hosted AI chat or credit debit.
