From Add Block → Other, insert Collect partial responses after at least one question and before later questions. Full block reference: /docs/blocks/partial_submit_point. Place it after identity fields such as Email (/docs/blocks/email) or Contact Info (/docs/blocks/contact_info) when keeping a reachable lead matters most.
Keep it silent
Respondents should not see a question UI at the checkpoint - it saves progress as they pass. The partial responses feature doc (/docs/features/partial-responses) explains how silent checkpoints relate to Results filters for partial vs complete submissions.
Publish on an eligible plan
Partial checkpoints are plan-gated. Limits apply on how many checkpoints you can publish per form. Confirm eligibility before go-live, then publish a version (/docs/features/forms-publish-versions) so the checkpoint is live.
