What is Workspaces and roles?

Workspaces group forms, results, and collaboration for a team or project. You can create unlimited workspaces, invite people with Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer roles, and stay within the seat limits included in your plan.

How it works

1. Create or select a workspace for the project or team.
2. Invite collaborators and assign Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer roles.
3. Confirm seat usage against your plan limits.
4. Create forms inside that workspace so access stays correctly scoped.
5. Use roles to control who can edit, publish, or only view.
6. Add more workspaces as you spin up new brands, clients, or teams - there is no workspace count cap.
