Upgrade the org
Formit branding is removed when the organization is on a paid plan. Free live forms keep the badge. Confirm plan status before auditing public links or email embeds described in Embed & share (/docs/features/embed-and-share).
Apply brand kits
Create a brand kit and theme, apply them to the form, and publish so colors and fonts match your brand. Custom branding & themes (/docs/features/custom-branding-themes) covers kits and themes; Welcome Screen (/docs/blocks/welcome_screen) is where many teams set the opening brand impression.
Verify the public link
Open the published URL and confirm the badge is gone and your theme is applied. Republish after theme changes so the live version updates (/docs/features/forms-publish-versions). Spot-check embeds as well if you distribute via popup or email embed.
