In-form vs after-submit
AI follow-ups happen during the fill. Slack messages, Sheets rows, WhatsApp pings, Zapier Zaps, and in-app notifications happen after submit. Keep that mental model clear when configuring.
Connect Slack
Install Slack via OAuth from the workspace, pick a channel, and choose which field values to include. Repeat per form as needed.
When you need something else
Use Google Sheets for a live table, Zapier for CRMs, or CSV export. Submission-triggered webhooks are coming soon — do not plan production on them yet.
