In-form vs after-submit
AI follow-ups happen during the fill. Slack messages, Sheets rows, WhatsApp pings, Zapier Zaps, and in-app notifications happen after submit. Keep that mental model clear when configuring. For in-form probes, see AI follow-ups (/docs/features/ai-follow-ups) and the AI follow-up block (/docs/blocks/ai_followup) - those are not Slack digests.
Connect Slack
Install Slack via OAuth from the workspace, pick a channel, and choose which field values to include. Repeat per form as needed. Publishing with integrations enabled may require a Business-tier plan. Confirm the form is published (/docs/features/forms-publish-versions) so live submissions actually trigger the channel message.
When you need something else
Use Google Sheets for a live table, Zapier for CRMs, or CSV export from Results (/docs/features/results-and-csv). See the integrations overview in product docs for the full list, and keep Contacts sync (/docs/features/contacts-crm) separate when you need a CRM list rather than a chat ping.
